Shipping Policy

Processing: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Delivery (US): Most US orders arrive within 2–3 weeks of ordering, with full tracking provided by email as soon as your order ships. Some orders arrive sooner; during busy periods delivery can take slightly longer.

Shipping cost: US shipping is FREE on orders over $50. For orders under $50, the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If your tracking has not updated in a few days, do not worry — scans can lag while a package is moving between carriers. Email us anytime for a live update.

Questions or delivery issues: Email support@cloudskincare.store and we will reply within 24 hours. If your package is lost in transit, we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
