How fast do orders ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Most US orders arrive within 2–3 weeks, fully tracked. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

How much is shipping?
US shipping is FREE on orders over $50. Under $50, the exact rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I include a gift note?
Yes — there's a free gift note field in the cart. Write your message and we'll include it with the order.

What's the 30-day money-back guarantee?
Every order is covered for 30 days from delivery — including opened and tried products. No restocking fees. Email support@cloudskincare.store with your order number and we'll take care of it. Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of your return being received.

The Overnight Mask

How does it work?
It's a clear hydrogel film worn on clean, dry skin for 3+ hours or overnight. It delivers hours of deep hydration — deeply hydrated skin looks plumper, smoother, and more radiant by morning. We don't claim it delivers collagen into your skin.

How often should I use it?
1–3 times a week. Each pack contains 4 single-use masks. No rinsing — the film softens as it wears; just pat in the remaining essence in the morning.

The Microcurrent Sculptor

Do I need a special gel?
No. Any water-based serum you already own (a hyaluronic-style serum is perfect) works. Avoid oil-based products — they block conductivity.

Who shouldn't use it?
Don't use the Sculptor if you're pregnant, have a pacemaker or other electrical implant, epilepsy, or metal implants in the treatment area. Had Botox or fillers recently? Standard guidance is to wait about 2 weeks and check with your injector.

How do I charge it?
